Mastercard’s Enterprise Security Solutions organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe. NuData Security, a Mastercard company, is an award-winning company that predicts fraudulent transactions by identifying good users from bad based on their online behavior. By analyzing over 38 billion behaviors annually, NuData harnesses the power of behavioral and biometric analysis, letting clients predict fraud before a critical decision, reduce customer insult, and investigate bad actors efficiently.

Some of the exciting opportunities include:
  • Work closely with developers on delivering project features.
  • Help with tooling development and testing to ensure any feature meet the highest quality levels with each product release
  • Help maintain development pipelines, libraries, and software infrastructures
  • Writing technical and business use-case documentation

  • Provide end of term presentations to peers and Mastercard leadership

All About You:
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program majoring in Computer Science
  • Previous co-op experience in Agile environment
  • Knowledge of network concepts, algorithms, data structures, OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and design patterns
  • Knowledge of microservices and API concepts
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages: Java, python or JavaScript
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with AWS or any other cloud services are an asset
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and quickly ramp-up to learn new technologies (self-learner)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
